PURPOSE OF FUNDRAISING
This year, Captain Cook's Parents Advisory Committee's fundraising efforts are being designated to Teacher Wish Lists for their classrooms.
Our teachers and staff often go out of their way to purchase supplies and other classroom needs out of their own pocket so that the students can have the best learning experience.
The Teacher Wish List was created to provide tools and resources to teachers, students and parents in a school community wide project to emphasize the joys and benefits of reading!
Your support toward this project is much appreciated!

Direct Donations
You can now easily donate directly to Captain Cook PAC online with your child's SchoolCashOnline Account!
Visit VSB's SchoolCashOnline Site and choose Make a Donation*. *Regarding tax receipts: When a donor wants a receipt or a PAC requires receipts for a fundraising initiative, funds must be paid directly, by the person to whom the receipt should be written, to the PAC's District-held account via the SchoolCashOnline donations page only. In the case of a donation that cannot be processed through SchoolCashOnline (e.g. too large to be made using a credit card), the donor can instead write a cheque to the VSB earmarked to the PAC. PACs can no longer collect funds in a PAC-held bank account and forward them as one amount to the District with a list of donors and amounts, expecting receipts to be generated. PACs should work with their school administration to ensure they follow current procedures, and should advise administrators of any receipted funds being raised to support specific projects." |
